Four parties. The first is the one you reach on the telephone.

The distinction that matters in practice is the first two rows. A retailer can describe a bottle accurately, hold stock, ship it and take it back. It cannot change what is printed on the artwork, cannot add an amount the formulator did not publish, and cannot commission a laboratory result on somebody else’s product.

Everything this website says about the formula therefore comes from the label artwork and from published research, and the about page sets out the method in full, including what could not be confirmed.

Two consequences follow from that sequence. The first is that no figure quoted anywhere other than the checkout screen is your price: this website prints none, and a third-party page quoting one is quoting something it read elsewhere.

The second is that the guarantee window attached to your order is the one the listing carried on the day you confirmed. Screenshot the checkout screen with the order number visible. It takes five seconds and it is the only record of those terms that belongs to you rather than to the seller.

They are not. Every pack panel on this site prints “Price at checkout”, and that is a deliberate position rather than an omission waiting to be filled. If a pack is unavailable, the checkout says so rather than taking an order it cannot fill. No back-order is created on this website and no card is held against future stock. The honest position is that a three-bottle pack out of stock is a three-bottle pack you cannot buy today.

Nothing is ever substituted. A six-bottle order is not filled with five and an apology, and a different product is never sent in place of this one. If a pack cannot be shipped complete, the order desk calls rather than improvising.

Where the artwork itself changes — a new panel, a reworded claim, a different seal — this website is updated against the new images and the review date at the foot of each page moves. A bottle in your hand that differs from what these pages describe is worth an email to [email protected], because the bottle is the better authority and the page will be corrected to match it.

The text, tables and photographs on these pages belong to this desk or to the distributor, and they are published so a buyer can read them.
